SHIPPING & Orders

1. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

The average standard shipping and delivery time is 5-9 business days. The average express shipping and delivery time is 4-6 days. Delivery time includes receiving your order, production, and delivery to your address. Delivery time and shipping costs are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. You will see the costs and delivery times at your checkout.

2. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use a variety of shipping carriers including UPS and FedEx. The most economical shipping carrier is used to delivery your purchases.

3. DO WE DELIVERY FOR FREE?

No, we do not offer free delivery. All the orders we receive are processed close to your shipping address’ locations and shipped locally from the supplier’s warehouse. 

4. LATE ARRIVALS

At Bullwrinkle & Friends, shipping refers to an unfailing and efficient shipping process, so late deliveries are a rarity, and we work hard to prevent them. Still, if your order is delayed, we recommend you wait for two business days, and if it still doesn’t arrive, please contact us at irene@bullwrinklekids.com. You cannot cancel an order because of delayed shipping.

5. CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS

You cannot update shipping address details after the Order has been processed.  In this case, you will need to place a new order. You can only make updates when the order is placedplease contact us at irene@bullwrinklekids.com.

6. LOST ORDERS

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We’ll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.

Please note that we will place a reorder on your behalf unless you specifically mention that you prefer to receive a refund.

If you believe your order is lost and it meets the following criteria, get in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to send a replacement order:

  • You have confirmed that the address provided is correct and complete;
  • Your customer has contacted their local post office or the shipping carrier to locate the order;
  • The order is not marked as delivered by the shipping carrier;
  • It has been several working days since the Estimated Delivery Date has passed (keep in mind that the lost order claim should be submitted within 30 days from the Estimated Delivery Date), and;
  • There were no recent updates made by the shipping carrier in the tracking link;
  • For the order to be considered lost, we might first need to confirm this with the shipping provider;
  • The order is marked as “Delivered” but my customer hasn’t received it.


The most likely situation here is that the package has been delivered at the door, or received by someone else at the address. After this, we recommend that you request the recipient to check further for any delivery notes or more information from the shipping provider.

As it is not possible to verify whether the recipient has not actually received their order, we will not be able to provide a refund or a free replacement order if the tracking link indicates that the shipment was delivered. You can, of course, place a (paid) reorder if you would like a replacement. 

7. ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO INVALID ADDRESS OR REJECTION

Bullwrinkle & Friends relies on partners and sub-contractors. The Customer accepts that Bullwrinkle & Friends may subcontract the Services, or any parts thereof, to any third party provider. Notwithstanding any such sub-contracting, Bullwrinkle & Friends remains responsible towards the Customer for the fulfillment of the Agreement.

Most of the time, this is due to an incorrect or incomplete address such as an address for an apartment building with no apartment number. A mistake or exclusion with a single letter or number could cause the package to become undeliverable.

The order may also be returned to the sender if the recipient rejects the order. 

If you would still like to receive their order, please place a new order with an updated address.

For the above cases, if you would still like to receive their order, you will be charged for the new order.

 

 

Orders may be returned to the sender due to other reasons, including:

 

The shipment was unclaimed at customs

The shipment was unclaimed at the courier’s pick-up point

The recipient being unavailable when the courier attempted delivery

The courier may not support delivery to PO boxes (read more)

The delivery destination was a military address (read more)

For these cases, please place a new order and get in touch with us so that we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order. This way, you will only pay again for the shipping of the order.

8. RETURNS DUE TO OTHER REASONS

Orders may be returned to the sender due to other reasons, including:

The shipment was unclaimed at the courier’s pick-up point;

The recipient being unavailable when the courier attempted delivery;

The courier may not support delivery to PO boxes;

The delivery destination was a military address.

For these cases, please place a new order and get in touch with us so that we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order. This way, you will only pay again for the shipping of the order.
